Our team will calculate all costs, and provide an estimated time for work completion after we conduct a site visit. This will enable us to obtain a distinctive picture of the area size, work load and materials required in provide an accurate quote. Site visits are crucial to any project, whether large or small because we would like to get a chance to hear your inputs as well, and discuss as much as possible to what kind of changes you would like to obtain in the end.

A simple answer would be no, it is not possible. But to be more specific, pictures are almost never reliable in providing accurate information. There is more it to it than just size. We need to determine the current state of your garden or area of work. There are cases where our clients may request for a particular service, however, after conducting a site visit, we could determine if the requested service will be sufficient to provide the expected results.

All site visits for clients based in Dar es Salaam are free of charge. For clients based outside Dar es Salaam, a small fee will be charged for site visit, depending on where the client is located.

Please note: for larger projects where our client wishes to obtain a 3D or scaled map/drawing, we will schedule a presentation to showcase the prepared document and then after, the client can choose to purchase the drawing (as this is solely the client's rightful property)

We certainly offer planting services, for flower plants obtained from our office. We would like our customers to be highly satisfied with the products obtained from us, and if a plant is purchased from us and would like to be re-potted, you can count on us.

Before purchasing any plant(s), we normally advice our customers to be well informed about the plants they are acquiring, that is, their behavior, characteristics, what to do and what not to do when it comes to administering proper care. Some plants are very sensitive to direct or too much sunlight and will of course start withering away, meanwhile, some are the complete opposite. Too much water can also be a negative factor, or no water at all. Some plants need to be changed soil from time to time, or receive additional attributes to help nurture their growth. Therefore we urge our customers to seek proper detailing when purchasing and to not hesitate contacting us with a question about any purchase you made from us.

Our office and team is ready to assist you only during working hours. Our services will not be available on Sundays and public holidays.

Absolutely! We usually recommend a maintenance period starting from 3 months in order to make sure that proper care is made to your garden, to fully deliver the expected results. Based on contractual terms, our team will be at your site in order to attend to your garden on the agreed time and number of days.

Gardening maintenance is VERY much essential. Just like a human body needs care from time to time, suffers diseases and requires immediate treatment, the same applies to a garden. The planting phase may be completed, but without proper attention, all efforts may go to waste and the desired end result will not be achieved. Our garden services will be provided as stated in the quote and will cease once completed. Any further care to make sure our client’s site receives continuous care has to be implemented through a maintenance contract.

Yes it is possible. We are determined to make sure that our customers are comfortable enough to rely that their gardens will receive the up most care. A gardening maintenance service extension will be put into effect after a mutual agreement and revision of the first contract.

As a garden requires enough time to fully reach its peak, it is ideal that both projects run consecutively. However, if the construction will ‘in any way’ obstruct or involve the area that is allocated for gardening work, then, performing a duo-job will not be possible

We understand the abrupt need that may occur to reschedule or, in severe cases, cancel an ongoing project. In this matter, cancellation or rescheduling is allowed, however the advance/down payment will not be reimbursed on both cases.

There are cases where a project may experience delays caused by various interruptions such as poor weather. Therefore, we would like to assure our customers that if the delay is caused by natural causes, our company will see to the end that your work is completed effectively. However, Alji Gardening Solutions presume any responsibility for delays caused on the client’s end.

We only accept Scheduled visits. This will allow us to properly attend to your site by making sure that we provide quality service that is expected of us.
